Returns

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the quality and hygiene of our fragrance products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or missing accessories.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect product, Gissah will cover all return shipping costs.
